Each Precious Sentiment product page describes the materials, dimensions, closure, finish, and other characteristics represented for that particular piece. Product-specific information controls over this general guidance. If a material is not clearly identified, please contact us before purchasing rather than assuming its composition.
Handmade Character
Our jewelry is made or assembled by hand using the process stated on the individual product page. Small, non-material differences in arrangement, texture, shape, or finish may occur. Handmade variation does not permit substitution of a different material, metal, stone, pearl type, size, or other important characteristic from the one described.
Natural Materials
When a product page identifies a component as a verified natural material, normal differences in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, texture, or surface features may occur. A natural-variation statement applies only to the specifically identified natural material; it does not establish that an unidentified stone, pearl, bead, or other component is natural.
Color, Scale, and Measurements
Lighting, photography, and screen settings can affect how colors appear. Product photographs may be enlarged or styled to show detail. Review the stated measurements rather than relying on photograph scale alone. Measurements are approximate unless the product page states otherwise.
General Jewelry Care
Unless a product page provides different care instructions:
- store the piece dry and separately to reduce scratching and tangling;
- avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, household cleaners, and other chemicals;
- remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, strenuous exercise, or sleeping; and
- wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
Do not use an abrasive, chemical, ultrasonic, or steam cleaner unless the product page or a qualified jeweler confirms that the method is appropriate for every component.
Skin Sensitivity
Metal sensitivity varies by person and by the material that contacts the skin. Review the exact metal or coating stated on the product page. We do not describe an item as “hypoallergenic,” “nickel-free,” or “non-toxic” unless the claim is supported for the finished product. Stop wearing an item if irritation occurs.
Product-Specific Information
Care, sharp-pin, small-parts, stretch-cord, magnet, earring-component, treatment, coating, and other notices are included on an individual product page only when they apply. This page does not change or correct a product’s stated factual composition and does not create a return exclusion.
