Description
Midnight blue with two small squares of sand. Round beads — deep blue with tiny golden glints — make up the whole loop, and at the front two cube-cut beads, in a warm, dusty tan, sit either side of a single lapis bead. It's a small break in the rhythm, round-square-round-square-round, and it makes the blue look even deeper.
Blue and tan is one of the easiest combinations a man can wear: think denim and chinos, a white oxford shirt, a tan backing material watch strap, a camel coat in autumn. It works alone and it works in a stack with brown or black bead bracelets.
Round 8 mm beads and two cube beads strung on a strong elastic cord — no clasp, it simply rolls on. Lapis is a polished bead; the decorative bead cubes have a softer, matte surface, which adds to the contrast.
